Changing Our Way of Eating

Well, my husband found put he has a thyroid problem. We kind of figured since he's always been on the heavy side yet sweats so much, drinks a lot of water, is active and drinks gallons of water. Along with the thyroid medication, we had to change the way we eat. From white bread to whole wheat. A lot more protein was recommended and veggies.  I hope that this will help him because of his lack of energy.  It's been day 3 and I'm craving everything. LOL! I know this will benefit us, but gosh it's hard. I made some beef in broth, avocados with lettuce and tomatoes and lentils. Eating healthy doesn't have to be so hard so long as you add variety. Let's hope for the best and positive results.
