During the cold seasons we drink a lot of coffee,tea and hot chocolate. This electric kettle, although the title says it's an electric tea kettle, is good for so much more than that. It has great features along with the fact that it's pretty looking. The blue LED light on it is pretty cool.
Besides the physical aspect, it's functionality is great. First of all, although the water boils, the kettle itself doesn't get extremely hot. For the maximum water lever of 1.8L it took a total of 10 minutes to heat up. That's pretty fast for me. It also has an auto shut off feature. Once it boils, it turns itself off. It has 2 simple buttons- one to over it on/off and the other to push the top open. Although you plug it in, the kettle itself has no plug. It simply sits on a base that's connected to the wall. The handle is slip resistant and offers a good grip. It's a really great kettle and would be great to serve your guests tea and coffee in. I like the light blue color too.
